The Tide proves to be to much for The Wave! This was a great game, them boys from Narrows played hard and never quit. Glad I made the trip for this one. It’s probably going to be better than next weeks game. Just my opinion!!! I hope no one gets a rash from it.

Just heard 20 for Galax is a freshman. WOW!! He has a bright future ahead of him in a Galax uniform.

The bulk of Galax's team are freshmen and Sophomores. They showed it today with alot of blown assignments on defense that lead to huge plays and TD's for Narrows. Plus alot of penalties that negated big plays for Galax. To get as far as they have and to beat a really good Narrows team. Without their best player says alot about what this team will be capable of in the future. I will say that Narrows has nothing to hang their heads about as they played lights out.

As I said in the PM thread two weeks ago, all this kid needed was an opportunity! He got it and made the most of it.

This is the year to get Galax. The current group in the middle school is the best I've seen in this area over the past decade. And it's not close!
