He could be so good but he is either so lost he forces everything or worse yet, he is selfish to the max.

Jasper does give 100% effort in not playing defense and shooting it as soon as he touches it. you are correct.
zero communication from moreno on that switch with oweh which resulted in an open but missed three. i'm sure that was oweh's fault as well.
I thought we would be better this year. So disappointing. And- no recruits signed during the early signing period! I think we still get Collin’s but that isn’t good enough.
When you're an offensive minded person and you know you have the skills, you can do it. So it can mess with the mental, especially with a freshman. I think he's a natural scorer and not being put in positions to use that. But again, I am not ruling out any selfish play.
Unbelievable they didn’t see this stuff on film. We have no guards. Aberdeen is very good. We have nobody to break a defense down, we haven’t been passing outside the last 3 minutes. We can’t defend a PNR to save our lives. This team is missing some “basketball player’s” for sure. Collection of average to good players who have deficiencies almost at every spot.
At some point, Pope needs to see that Chandler needs to be on the floor 35 minutes, and take 25 shots a game.
We won't lose this game, but we won't beat anyone decent this year. Hurts to even type.

I was trying to be nice with my wording earlier but yea I agree. The only one he’s really a willing passer to is Moreno.
None of that has anything to do with his effort level. Moreno has one turnover. He also may have 10 boards at the half. Noah is not great defensively. I got news for ya. Oweh hasn’t been this year either. I love Oweh. The one from last year. This isn’t the same dude. We play better this year when he’s on the bench. Which is not good cause we need him bad.
Nothing like that at all. That was a young team learning to play.
They ended up winning the SEC by 3 games and were poised to do serious damage in the NCAA.
Even in that game the team played hard and tried to win.
This team will not compete in the SEC and they don’t even try to win.
They will win this game going away. But this may be the high point for them?
Something I overlooked about this team is that assumed all of these guys would take a jump from being role players at their previous schools. Just didn't even think about if that didn't happen.
williams gambles on the inbounds play to get a steal....gives up an easy drive. but its probably oweh's fault even though he is on the bench.

I love 00 probably more than most on here still, but even he looks remarkably lost especially on defense for whatever reason. It’s obvious it’s a staff issue and team defense takes a lot more than a single guy.
