Its amazing how many great freshman we've seen this year and last so far. Wilson, Ament, Boozer, Mikel others. Then last years Dukes trio, VJ, Harper, ace, tre, fears.. and all these guys seem to have been studs, more or less from day one. Certainly by years end.
And it really feels like its been since 2019 that Kentucky had one. Just so many guys not really ready in year 1, needing another year, or just generally not reaching their potential. You go through the list: BJ, Clarke, Bradshaw, Ugo, Big-Z, Wagner, Cason, Whitney, sharpe, Ty, edwards. And those are the top15 guys. Anyone under that was even worse.
Its basically 3 guys, Maxey, Reed and Dilly. Dilly and Reed never got the minutes until later in the season. And Maxey was very good, but not quite on that level of the aforementioned guys. Thats it. Add in Oscar, and those are really the only players you could count on for sure.. (im sure im missing some)... in like 7 years.

He's been insufferable for years. I haven't watched one of his games unmuted in a decade.
