I think ive seen enough from Pope to realize hes not winning much meaningful here. There are just so many glaring problems.. from roster construction, to recruiting, to team focus, to commanding the team, to lineups.

This isnt just something that takes time for a coach. Hes in over his head. Ill give him this year, but I think he has to go the year after unless there is drastic changes in how hes running things.
