an error in the field cost us a run and getting thrown out at third cost us another. my point being we are way to deep to have continue. time for some one else to get a turn. robson, armstrong, fullerton?

Bitching about this

Is so much more fun than Cohen's first two years. Thank you!

Eh..I don't know- Demarcus had a bad day. He has also had some good days this year and has come up with some clutch hits. I would say he is better than Fullerton. I think he, Robson, Armstrong are about the same at this point- I would say Robson has a higher ceiling.

He will start as long as Renfroe is out probably- which will probably be tomorrow and through the weekend. I expect Renfroe to be back by SEC play at the latest.

Henderson- .333 0 HR 4 RBI 0 SB 1 error
Robson- .313 0 HR 4 RBI 0 SB 0 errors
Armstrong- .500 0 HR 3 RBI 1 SB 0 errors
Fullerton- .200 0 HR 1 RBI 0 SB 0 errors

At this glance, Armstrong appears to be the most productive, but he also has the fewest at bats (4). Maybe he should start, but at the same time, I don't think that Henderson has particularly been bad to the point where it warrants total benching at this point, and I don't think you can clearly say that Robson and Armstrong are clearly better. I do think all three should play.

Henderson had a bad day but that is not the norm for him. I fully expect him to bounce back in his next outing. That said, there is much to be gained from rotating players and getting everyone more game experience.

all i was saying is we r so deep in the outfield lets not find out in late may the wrong man has the job. Left field is much like 2nd base in my eyes right now. Up for grabs!

I don't the job is solely his, yet; I think it's understood there's a battle there. We're obviously trying a lot of things right now.

We'll figure it out. I'm fine with letting everyone make their own statement. Like has been said- bad day for Henderson, but he has come up big for us in the past, and I think that needs to be considered. I think he works hard and wants to help us, and that's all you want really.

We'll see how it all comes together.

Gee, and all this time I was thinking that Cohen was dong a great job getting various players time in the field and at the plate

He will bounce back. I remember him struggling in the outfield early last season, and then he had a great SEC Tournament. Henderson will be an up and down guy that will do plenty of good things for us.

LF will probably be a platoon spot for the entire season. That's what happens when you have quality depth.

You can ***** about some things Cohen does or does not do, but one thing is consistent that he does do well is put the best players he has in the right positions in the biggest games. We won the game convincingly and this is not something I'm sweating over.
