All you jackasses that defended this pile of **** season and called the leaks fake can come bend the knee and eat your crow. As expected, the net is furious with the ending.

No hyperbole, this is legit the biggest downfall of any show in tv history. I can’t think of any other that comes close. I hope dan and Dave stumble upon a group of raged got fans real soon and they beat the living hell out of them.

Only fitting that a show about the Starks ends being... well all about the Starks.

starks are the new clintons -- they all suck. honestly the hot one, sansa, should have been president. i think they prevented her from being the ruler because she married the lesser of the house of jonas.

So you wanted it to be predictable I'm assuming? Oh jon or Dany on the throne!

What nerd reads spoilers anyway

Also, sorry libs..Sam's popular vote got shot down

I actually loved the whole 8th season until Bran becomes king. What a joke. This episode sucked, but it's still the greatest show of all time. John got boned. I bet there is a riot happening as we speak

No I wanted it to be good. So what if it’s predictable. They spent 7 years building towards something and completely threw everything away at the last minute to make sure it wasn’t “predictable.” It’s stupid as hell and even GRRM said so. Now that it’s over it’s clear he knew what they were doing and didn’t agree with it judging by his comments.

False. This season disqualified it from any GOAT conversation. The Wire takes that anyway.
You can't let this season take away from all the greatness that came from this show. The acting was sensational. The settings were breathtaking. It was intense and unpredictable. It made us feel joyous and uncomfortable. There has never been better character development and I will miss the rollercoaster for sure.

I think some weed grower needs to name his product " Broken Bran " .. dude looked like he was stoned every time he made an appearance , rarely talked , just set there like he was higher than a Georgia pine .

I kept trying to like Season 8. I found reasons to like each episode and talked myself into thinking everything was going to be okay. Tonight though, the only thing I saw in the final episode to like is that Ghost finally got some love from his master and they were reunited. That's it. Nothing else.

Ended better than I thought. Didn't hate bran being king although I would be shocked if that's the route grrm takes.

I think they whole show got derailed by their abandoning the prince that was promised arc

Don't think grrm would have bran be king. The three eyed Raven was well North of the wall and intentionally removed from humanity. Can't see that role wanting to be king.

Curious who will kill dany in the books especially not in such a way. Jon snow will be the prince that was promised, basically a super hero. Will certainly kill the night king. Can't see him killing Dany. Maybe it was Arya or Tyrion? Or Jon killing Dany in battle?

Wonder if Dany dies in the battle with the dead? That would explain alot of the weird missteps during and after that battle

It wouldn’t be so bad if it wasn’t the last show, and I’m not sure why it is either other than the writers quit.

[laughing] At John Snow. What a dumbass. Could’ve saved millions of lives by just bending over the hot blonde begging for it. Now he is forced to live in the coldest **** hole of the world and only his wolf to lick his sack.

Shows how much you know. Direwolves lick the best sack.

Fun fact, Kit is actually married to the wildling who took his virginity in the show.

The first three episodes of season 8 were fine but the last three episodes had huge plot holes and went against 7 seasons of character building. I really wonder how much the book author was truly consulted for season 8.

Good point. If consulted, they definitely didn't listen. No way they take his input, produce "the door"; then churn out this last season.

They hit a grand slam on so much of the content beyond the books. Then suddenly just fell on their face.

Either they stopped asking or stopped following or some combination of both.

The whole series has been about who plays the best game, right? Seems clear now it was Bran. The dude has been intervening since before he was even born and guiding everyone else to end up at the only outcome that would place him on the throne.
