Here they are.... Game Photos

I was shooting the game for the Memphis Athletic Deptartment so I wasn't able to focus on what I wanted to during a lot of the game but I did manage to get a few shots....enjoy</p>

I loved the picture of the Memphis guy with dreadlocks splayed.

Canon 7D and I shoot all of the game action with either fixed 300mm F4 or 70-200mm F2.8 Canon lenses.

He probably adjusted the curves and mid tone in post. It is just a guess on my part because Bill is an unreal photographer!

but if I were shooting in yesterday's conditions I would use a UV filter. I also shoot a 7D but I'm not big into sports photography. I mainly shoot landscape and nighttime / party shots. I would love to shoot the crowd or fisheye at a game though, would be fun.

Got lucky mostly....I adjustedit in photoshop a little to darken the skya littlebut that was pretty much how it came out of the camera. If you shoot with the right metering on the camera you can usually get a shot like that to come out ok.
