You know we run the ball more than Vandy right? 61% of our plays to 52% of theirs. We are ramming it at people already, our OL is so bad with pass protection we don't have a choice

Those stats are misleading. In college football being sacked counts as run plays too. In the past two games alone Shapen has been sacked 10 times. So there’s that. Not to mention, we have basically one running play- up the middle in a or b gap. Other than that our pass game concepts are mostly deep. Vandy on the other hand everything starts with the read option and then the pass game concepts are built off that. Much shorter and more reasonable passing concepts, a lot times can even be viewed as an extension of their run game.

Since Vandy no longer sux @$$, somebody has to occupy the Vandy slot.

We have replaced Vandy as the worst program in the SEC.

Weee better than Kentucky. Maybe Arkansas too.

Being sacked falls on that ****** OL that keeps us from running a portion of our playbook. Bad thing is, OL wasn't terrible (not great either) until the injuries against TN, but Shapen has gotten killed since. And Shapen is pretty mid at QB in this offense too.
