Karaban bitches every time he gets called for a foul and every time they are fouls. But he is a knockdown shooter, it feels like he never misses
Dayton uses their speed really well to get good looks from 3. I can see Johnson and Lewis doing that for us next season.
I don’t quite get the overhelping from Dayton. They are getting caught with extra passes trying to recover on the McNeeley and Mahaney shots and neither guy making shots, especially Mahaney who looks dreadful. UConn going one more to get wide open Karaban threes. You would think Dayton would be keying in on a guy making threes at a greater than coin flip rate
I will tell you, I like Solo Ball’s game. I think the kid has some juice to him
These games have been fun to watch. UConn losing every game so far has for sure increased the enjoyability of this tourney as well.
We might see Hurley have a mental breakdown this season if UConn can't stop all of their fouling.

UConn should fall out of the T25 completely. He can join the ranks of the elite teams that have done that. Including us when we lost to ND in 2012 (the Nerlens year). We became the largest drop in T25 history going from 8 to out of the polls. UConn should own that now.

We've gotten more basketball today than a first round day of March Madness.

I wish Dayton the best. I feel bad for them when COVID happened and ruined their best run in school history.
That's why I look forward to getting back into the mix with these things. It's sucked spending the last 15 years watching other teams and not being able to watch us face good teams. Instead of getting tourney experience or having a chance at some big wins we were AWOL and giving away good press to other programs.
