Pope tanked the game, cost me a Top 10 finish in OldRed’s game. SMH

Yeah, both got lost on that Lipscomb miss and got caught watching.. Lipscomb got the ball back and scored. That concerns me more than missed shots.
Nice to not have a letdown compared to losing to UNCW after that Miami game last yr. Follow up one good performance with an explosive one

Butler played amazing tonight, Jaxson back on track. I loved how Chandler looked second half. We cruised at the end there. Didn’t even sweat it. This team gave Arkansas fits too lol.

Pope just said las week there are no throw-away minutes and yet that is exactly what he did tonight. We should have easily scored 100 points tonight.
Great win cats, Popes job is to win games and he’s doing it his way. They have only played 4 regular season games and the 10 rotation needs as much time together as they can get. The freshmen are going to have to Wait their turn, there will be chances to play meaningful minutes.

Arkansas only beat this team by 16 and won the second half by 5. We could have cruised to a 45 point win had we played the game out.

That's why I'm in favor of redshirting at least one of either Noah or Perry. They can still practice and gain experience that way. I don't like seeing guys play out of obligation and give up some pretty awful +/- numbers when guys like Chandler and Almonor should get those extra minutes.
Redshirt Noah or Perry. Let them get stronger. Keep them around the program longer. They'll be legends by their senior year.
Exactly 40 point game with 5 mins left, and Lipscomb just started hitting junk with 2 mins left they weren’t hitting all night
