We would have been called for more fouls.
The refs are letting stuff go now. I think they realized they have called enough fouls now.
Pope not making some basic adjustments is also not being discussed enough. He has to change the defense and the pace in games where this team comes out flat. And the commitment to playing Robinson no matter what his effort is in that game is a glaring problem. He should’ve watched most this game from the bench. Gave the team absolutely NOTHING.
The worst crew I’ve witnessed in a long time. They have made themselves the story all night, been to the monitor 6 times.

We deserved the loss. But they’ve made 13 more ft’s than we shot. You can’t play defense when the officiating is this one sided.
I wouldn't want any of these players on my team. Before the season started, someone stated that this team doesn't have a go to guy to get baskets during crunch time. I didn't agree, but I can clearly see the poster was right. We don't have one big that we can go to when 3s aren't falling.
The GOOD thing is I care about UK basketball in early January for the first time in about 6 years. The BAD thing is I take mid-season losses hard again. Pass the bourbon.

Entire team is a bunch of punks. Done nothing but run their mouths, play dirty, and flop. We need to punch them in the mouth if we ever get them on a level playing field.

We missed enough layups and free throws to keep us from getting to 70.
There was nothing good about this game and this is the 3rd stinker we have seen. I really hope these guys figure out they have to be tougher minded than this.

No better than a Cal loss. Lose to a nobody says it all. Hot and cold. No consistency. U6 beats Clemson, we lose to unranked GA. Ohio State lost a couple days ago, we lost to them. Pattern.
This was the type of game that could get you can extra day of rest in the SECT. Going need a much better effort vs Miss St or it’ll be worse than this game.
The free throw disparity was unbelievable, I’ll leave it at that.

Barttorvik had us as a fraction of a point favorite. Losing isn't a surprise, but losing by double digits is a bit disappointing.
The things we do well, shooting and taking care of the ball just weren't well executed. When our opponent is better than us in both our strengths, it's going to be a long night. Our defense is not good enough to bail out the O when things go wrong there.

I can see another blunder of a game coming up at Miss State next. Kentucky cannot afford these types of losses against the Georgias of the SEC when there are a gazillion ranked teams waiting ahead. Effort is disappointing to say the least from a bunch of grown men.
Welp! That was about the biggest basketball mess I've seen lately. The players had a bad night and the refs were atrocious.
