Mizzou has a RPI, North of 100. We did not need to lose to them, like OM did.

Yeah I actually think we’ve had a solid approach at the plate today. And pitched reasonably well. Just one bad pitch and a ton of bad luck on balls being hit right at people.
No. We were playing to get Tico innings this week so no 2-week layoff.
JB gets better and better every outing. Regardless of the outcome today
I'd almost be willing to have them vs UCLA as the CWS Finals. And/or possibly Auburn vs UCLA.
what kills me is Burns running his mouth as Oak goes out to get him after he cannot throw strikes.....what do you expect him to do dude?

Yeah I didn’t care for that. You had one job and didn’t throw competitive pitches, you lose your right to piss and moan about getting yanked.
Yup. That's why Stone (edited) was looking so good early. Consistently getting ahead in counts.
Then a little adversity and he loses his mind. We need a legit headshrinker for this staff.
Whats scary though, is the fact that we now really dont have a lefty out of the pen that can shut guys down in a high leverage situation. Maybe Bauer. Maybe Miller.
Wes for sure knows how to pitch us. They’ve spun a bunch of pitches with movement all four games and we’ve struggled with it. Can get runners but have had issues getting them in against UGA.
It's just depressing that we continue to show we're good, but we're just consistently not as good as the best teams.

They were playing for groundouts today and got a ton of them. And issued very few free passes.
Best thing for the program. Losing to UGA won't cost us anything and we can get ready for the REAL tournament.
Took two guys 107 pitches to get 27 outs and only allow 3 runs to one of the better offenses in the country.
They just do things that win them games.
A lot of balls hit hard today. I think there was only 4 strike outs, 2 looking and one that I would have challenged. The approach was good just couldn't hit where they weren't.
They are extremely good at the little things, and oh yeah also happen to have a ridiculous amount of pop in their lineup. But I think there is a perception that they can only win shootouts but no they’ve won plenty of low scoring games too.
Anyone can have a bad couple of days in June and get sent home early, they are no exception. I would be really surprised if UGA is not in Omaha at a minimum though. And they’re easily a contender to win it all.
The two guys that pitched threw strikes and didn't walk many. They gave up 3 runs, i would say that is very good
