MTSU put up 70 on Charlotte. I'm gonna keep harping on that stat as this game goes on if the offense keeps screwing around against a terrible defense.

The good news is that Charlotte went 3 and out as well!

Just can't lose 5 in a row...all they had to do was beat Vandy and the place would be a lot more full.

Much better execution by the offense on this possession so far. Running it well at least.

...and the best thing about Charlotte? They changed their name from "UNC Charlotte" a few years ago. No more guilt by association!

Why do they keep saying Baker is Barker's favorite target? Barker has only thrown like 15 passes this season.

Nice drive. Barker makes a really good 4th down throw after having to scramble to avoid sack after basically getting the snap and taking 2 step drop. Our Oline is a Bute to watch

In their defense, Middle has a top 30 defense nationally......they just about beat Illinois and Vandy.

The announcer said that, but we really didn't. I just backed up the DVR and we ran the plays about like normal. I don't know what he saw there.

I do know that Dawson supposedly have worked on a few tweaks to the offense during this last wk.......being a little faster could be one of those......we'll just have to see.

I really believe things will be different next season or maybe the season after. We have several good guards and tackles coming in next season. And considering Barker will practice with the first string the entire offseason it should look a lot better.

MTSU is coming on strong. They should finish 7-5 and probably clinched a bowl with their 6th win today. They should have won 9 games as you pointed out. I am an alumnus of there as well (assume you are too). I'm just saying that we should be able to put up some points (not 70 lol) on Charlotte.
