I do like them using Jojo more early. They've should've used Jojo and Horton on rotation more this yr. Boom has about 10-12 carries it him before he runs out of gas.
I'm not getting this game in any media. I'm watching OK St and Baylor. So if someone could periodically update us on things it'd be greatly appreciated. I'm not expecting anything like the Rafter's, but I'd especially be interested in quarter or half time stats. Maybe a lot to ask. I could tune it with IHeart, but I'm listening to my stereo while muting the game, and trying to follow this one. And of course doing some other "surfing" as well. What can I say, I'm a multi-tasker. My job has pretty much always demanded it, and it's seeped in.

I've been impressed with young Stockstill. I didn't think Grammer was too bad last yr and was a little shocked to hear about Brent starting. He's done quite well.
Our offensive line is one of the worst in college football. It really is atrocious.
well so far Barker looks innaccurate on downfield throws. not sure how much is attributed to him not having much time this season with 1st stringers or how much is his ability (or lack thereof)
I'm now of the opinion (more so) the problem with this line is the coaching. This is not a talent issue
Definitely not a Tubby/Saul situation there, the kid can play. I hate, but admire that MTSU plays such a tough OOC schedule. Much better than their record...also play in a tough division with WKU and Marshall, although they did beat Marshall. Ok, enough MTSU talk but good at least one of our teams is gonna go bowling (hopefully 2!).
UK is definitely running the ball pretty well today and Barker is making some nice throws. Nothing too fancy, and nothing that really makes one feel super confident about next week but it will be a battle next week. UL is no MSU, UT or UGA.
As bad as Charlotte is in their conference, they are still CUSA. Florida had to go to OT to beat a bottom feeder CUSA team today.
How can you have a favorite target.....when you haven't played?
That's what I'm thinking too. There are teams with less talent than us who block better.
Another conservative call there on that 3rd and goal IMO. That play never had a chance at a TD. Oh well, 10-0 is a lot better than we have been seeing of late so I will take that after 1.
People see what they want to see. Baker was with him in Richardson. Therefore he is his favorite target. It's the same reason everyone said Baker purposely quit when Towles came back in to play.
Barker's accuracy isn't great either. Already two balls thrown 15 feet over the receivers head and a few behind the receivers. But the big difference is that he puts a higher percentage of throws on target than Towles. But I don't know how much of a conclusion we can draw from this game. Charlotte is pretty awful.
