Boom is a great player by all means but he tries to bounce it outside and misses holes a lot. Great athlete not so great vision.

Barker looks good on the short timing passes, but he's lucky he doesn't gave 2 interceptions already as he has thrown into coverage a few times.
Dave Baker is not too good announcing football.

Between Wright State and Charlotte, the SEC Network sure has just mailed it in the last couple of nights.

I don't get SEC Network Alternate in high def, so I'm not even sure if they had enough equipment to send up HD cameras for tonight's game.
Watching it in hi ref now. The problems not the network, it's your cable company.

actually i think his vision is one of his best attributes. reminds me a lot of cobb. sometimes it can get him into trouble, sometimes he runs for 65 yards

Jojo is a better short yardage back than either Boom or Horton. Nice to see us run the ball in short yardage situations instead of throwing a jump ball 30 yards down field.

Barker making some good reads in the running game. Of course, it is Charlotte, not SEC.
UL's offense will be hard to stop the way our D looks.

so far its difficult to evaluate Barker. we are just dominating an inferior opponent with our running game. I would love to see us sling it, but whatever gets the W I guess

Totes, Boom trusts his speed too much. As a former RB and current RB coach, he wants to out run kids to the edge a bit too much. Would help a lot of he trusted his first read stuck his foot in the ground and cut north and used his speed. Not bashing the kid he's great but he misses a few holes a game.

I also think that's why they are using JoJo more on 3rd down because he makes the right cuts and gets the necessary yardage instead of the home run every time he touches the ball.

he definitely has the "it" factor. I love the way he hesitates when necessary, then turns it back on.

That's true. I don't get SEC Network on Watch ESPN, either.

Mostly I was just commenting on the money they saved on announcers the last couple of nights. Cheapskates.

It must be going to snow tonight, we passed on 2nd down. Incomplete, but we did pass it.

It's a bit troubling how Conrad drops the easy passes. I think the staff needs to get him more involved catching the ball earlier in the game.

I think Bone has more catches tonight than he's had all season. Watch out, Barker may be looking for a new "favorite target."
