The first high throw , he was throwing the ball away. If he had thrown the ball to the sideline receiver, it would of been intercepted.
I don't care if our QB has a big arm, an NFL arm, a canon or any other kind of powerful arm. Accuracy. It's all I ask for. Chad Pennington would do just fine - heck, Dusty Bonner would do just fine.
So far, Barker isn't appreciably more accurate than Towles. It's early though.

The obstacle Barker is going to have is fans that want him to play like Joe Montana his first start. Lets let him play the game and see what happens.
The first down running play killed the drive and had no chance. UK needs to throw on first down in the red zone.
There was room for a back shoulder throw there. The DB did not get a good jump and Baker had a 3 or 4 yard cushion.

Why are we blitzing this team. We shouldn't have to gamble defensively against this team.
Really UKs defensive line is garbage. Never seen a team that never gets any push. Very weak players.
It's 36 degrees and 27 with the windchill , if you've ever played qb you would know it's more difficult to have feel on your passes with numb hands . First start and freezing temps , not an ideal situation . 15 mph winds as well .
