This coaching staff is laughably inept. They played for the field goal when they could have stepped on the throat.
Our clock management sucks!!
We would have had time for 2 plays possibly there, if Stoops would have called a time out sooner.
Game just went from 2 scores to 3 scores. This coaching staff is laughably inept. They played for the field goal when they could have stepped on the throat.
Uh how is that? They played for a TD, just cause they didn't get it doesn't mean they weren't trying to score a TD. Who are you people and why haven't we seen you all year? This coaching staff is laughably inept. They played for the field goal when they could have stepped on the throat.
I think he was hoping for a 5th down.It was 3rd and goal...we ran a 2nd play in kicking the field goal. Pay attention to the game of football please.

NO the play call was there...two wide open for the TD Barker didn't do his part. This coaching staff is laughably inept. They played for the field goal when they could have stepped on the throat.
Barker rushed it cause the time had been drained too much! He wanted to make sure we had at least FG out of it.
Don't ever say "Stupes." Ever.Rushed the throw away because Stupes let the clock run down too far.
He's also a redshirt freshmen and playing as well as Towles has been. Give me a break. Barker has zero turnovers. Towles has had an interception in every game he's played this year. Such a miserable portion of our fanbase. We're up 24-7 and playing possibly our best game of the year and this is the crap we're hearing.Big drive to end the half...killed a ton of clock and go back up 3 scores.
To me....I don't see an answer out of Barker at all. He has less arm talent than Towles, probably not as good a runner and his field vision/pocket presence isn't any better than Towles. UK has two 4 star QB and neither are getting coached up to that level so far on the field
Pretty happy with the half
You are kidding, right?
No picks yet so that's a bright sport at least.
I still feel like Barker is way more composed than Towels. He just missed Badet because of inexperience and Stoops didn't put him in a good clock situation.
In what way? We took a TO with 10 seconds left on 3rd down. When was the last time a play from the 3 took 10 seconds? You guys criticizing the players and coaches are such morons. This coaching staff is laughably inept. They played for the field goal when they could have stepped on the throat.
And he probably said three here is what we need handcuffing our qb from trying to make a play.I think Stoops made sure to say if you don't see anyone open with 6 seconds or so just throw it away.

Just a terrible take. You guys search high and low for things to whine about. No he is absolutely correct. I'm sure Barker was told about the little time left and he had to make a play or throw it away. Call time out with about 15 seconds and you don't even have to mention it to Barker and he gets the TD. Stoops clearly outsmarted himself. No need
to run the clock down that close. Once again shows how inexperienced he is at game management. We still hope he will learn from these situations. Cats have the game by the throat with a stop on UL's first second half possession. BTW, Badet should have gone toward the endline once in the open so he could have been more easily seen.

Oh good. Great to have you here, too. Been tough watching us dominate this game so far, I imagine.Give Barker about 10 more games behind our o-line against teams like Florida, Alabama and Tennessee (with Shannon Dawson calling plays) and see how composed he is
