Seen this problem quite often tonight...Kobie Walker is having a really bad time on holding the edge a few times.
I mean it's just basic football, it ALL stems from the play before the half. As soon as we scored with 50+ seconds left, you have to understand they are getting the ball to start the half and under no circumstances can you let them score before. Put 9 ******* DBs on the field and let them throw it underneath, they have no timeouts, who gives a ****. It just points the to continual failure of this program, a laughingstock forever. It doesn't even matter if they win this game, this is no different than any KY football game I've ever watched. It never ends.
Are people surprised that they're running the ball? The only reason we got that lead is because, for whatever reason, they stopped. We knew our d front was bad since the summer.
At this rate, I just might win the score prediction contest !!!

And this is the reason people have been saying the coaching staff needs to go. It's been like this for going on 4 years now.
61 offensive plays for USM so far compared to 39 for UK. It's important for UK to sustain a drive this possession and score a TD.
I'll say it again..I can't imagine there is a worse defensive coordinator than Eliot. He's so bad but he's Stoops buddy so he keeps his job.
It's amazing despite his rep as a DC how terrible his defenses are. They just look poor in every phase, except this year our DBs are good. If we don't pick the other team off they'll score every possession.
The offense folding up just like last year in the 2nd half in the opener. Shame, I thought things would be different this season in that regard.
