JMHO but I think this game was Spurrier's / Garcia's version of "Give fate a chance" / IE the Bama game when we manhandled them and Greg Macelroy (sp?) who was Bama's starting QB that game and who hadn't lost a game as starting QB since *MIDDLE SCHOOL* ..... although to be fair to Greg, I've loved him ever since he was walking off the field that day and stood in front of our Student section and genuinely applauded them / us.

Great sportsmanship and I've been a fan of his ever since. Pure class.

I remember the 20 year Olds from time to time fussing about complainers on this board over the years.
I'm really tired of the whole who is a tater junk. (I don't think I've ever accused anyone of that). I also haven't accused anyone of not being a real fan. The whole idea of that is dumb, but like everything else today if you're opinion doesn't coincide with what the younger generation thinks your not really a fan.
If what is said on this board bothers you just don't come back.
Every Gamecock is happy about the game last night and there is nothing the thought police can do about it.
