Gameday fences are going up on the expansion

They've put in a short metal fence right next to the grass, and green fences separating seating areas from the construction. From the looks of it, students will go to their seats from the NW corner. I wonder how this will change once they start dropping the next level of seating panels in when November rolls around.

Q: How high up if the NEZ expansion going to be compared to the West side? Will it make it to the top of the walkway? Does that elevator shaft (I'm guessing that's what that is) infront of the Westside walkway represent the approx. height?
