University of Louisville football got off to a sizzling start offensively in the wire-to-wire 24-21 upset victory at No. 2 Miami on Friday.

Unfortunately I think even if we win out (which is a huge If) we are going to be on the outside looking in. UVA has to lose 2 I think or GT would have to lose.
Honestly, I’m not going to be getting my hopes up. We still have to win at VT (who has been getting better) and SMU (who is undefeated in the conference)

I think we play GT so there is an opportunity. We also don’t know how things will play out with Miami and UVa going forward. The Cards have an outside shot and are a pick 6 away from being undefeated and in the catbird seat. As it is we have to battle each week and get lucky.
Too many scenarios to go through at this point -we have to win out to have a chance.
Right now Virginia, GT, Duke and SMU are all undefeated. GT and Duke play today and we do get our shot at SMU later on. UofL, Pitt, Miami and Cal all have 1 loss, so it’s quite possible that we could make it into a multi-team tiebreaker at 7-1 for one of those two ACCCG spots.
Just win out! And even if we do not make the ACC Championship game. Because the loser of the Championship Game will have just taken a loss. And UL will be sitting there fresh, not having to play in that game. Will get that 2nd bid for the ACC in the 12 team playoff. Not sure we need to worry to much! Just take care of our own business win Out! the rest will take care of itself IMO!! Be nice to get an ACC Championship! But the Playoff berth is the prize! Just ask Ohio State!!!!!!
We play BC at home, VT on the road, Cal at home, SMU on the road, and then Clemson at home. Then the cats.
