I think it's a silly argument to suggest that a guy like Mikel Brown wouldn't make a difference on this Kentucky team. Pope obviously can't coach defense, so he needs all the offensive help he can get.

Embarrassing. I have been a Pope fan but I’m sorry but this is inexcusable.
This team did lose to GT at home in a exhibition game so I shouldn’t be surprised.

Silas Demary and Caleb Wilson were massive recruiting losses. Both would fill a huge void with this team. Instead, we have an under-sized lunch pail PF who'll never sniff professional ball and a 160-point PG that's one hard screen away from his arm falling off.

Pope's got his *** kicked for every primary target this side of Jasper Johnson, Moreno and Otega Oweh. There's not one player on this roster that was a primary target besides those three.
