In the last 4 years he has not signed one 5 star recruit while only signing 2 4 stars, 27 3 stars, 45 2 stars, and 4 kids with no ratings. All the while UM Black Bears have signed 4 5 stars, 18 4 stars, 64 3 stars, 27 2 stars and 1 no rating. I'm sorry but who was undefeated last year and will most likely be ranked in the top 5 next year. BTW, MSU signed 0 5 stars, 194 stars, 52 3 stars, 41 2 stars and 0 no ratings. Chris Relf, Nick Bell, Broomfield where 2 stars withmany other starters 2 and 3 stars.

It's all about the kid's heart and having coaches that can get the best out of them.

TCU would have had a similar record to us this year had they played our schedule.

and Arkansas on an annual basis. And TCU doesn't just have a bunch of players with "heart". They have one of the best recruiting bases in the country. They may not get the coveragefrom Scout and Rivals, but they have talent.

We all know that stars aren't everything. You have to be able to take the BS out of the equation and judge if you signed a good class or not. Ole Miss hashad a lot of fluff the past few year. A lot of guys didn't qualify or stay in school. Wayne Dorsey was a 5 star, but I knew he wasn't a 5 star talent. Templeton Hardy was a 4 star due to an early USC offer, but anyone who followed recruiting knew that was not accurate. Rob Elliot got 4 stars because he got an early offer from FSU that may not have been availabe in the end.
