That stuck out to me too when I watched the replay... I have no idea. Maybe just a senile old dude using the first word that popped into his bulbous head.

They were referring to the decision that Malzahn made to have the team stay in Tuscaloosa on Friday night, and, as I heard it, they stayed near the Bear Bryant Museum. This was reported on a sports radio station on Friday....in the past Aub team has stayed in Columbus the night before. TV guys were saying he will never take that chance of 'stirring up the Bear' again...

I thought it was a kind of back handed comment on the Cam Newton thing myself. Back handed in auburns direction that is.
