There is a difference between giving legal advice and providing legal information. You are correct in that acting as an attorney without a license to do so is a crime (a felony in some states, a misdemeanor in others) but it's a stretch so say that what he was doing on here falls neatly within that category.

So I haven't really looked at everything yet.
Starting to look at the info in the Big 12.
I will eventually get around to the smaller conferences like the ACC.
But from what I have heard is VA Tech and UNC are the major threats to Clemson if there are any.
