"Will he receive a raise this year?) Dan received a new contract last year and he received a bump in pay when we did that that has never been reported. And there are some other things in there that haven't been reported that I believe Dan feels good about and I feel good about. We have been aggressive with his incentives, which I think is a great way to structure a contract. Those are structured in his contract and he is going to be rewarded handsomely for the kind of year we are having this year. Moving forward, we are also going to look at some ways to make sure he is taken care of on the base salary. We are never going to lose a coach because of salary."
With his bump and incentives, I wonder what he will actually make this year? None of our business I suppose, but just wonder how far off the reported 1.2 number is.
