...we play defensively like we did today...lots of four-man fronts and LB pressure on the outside, we will play well against Georgia Tech.
and what encourages you is that after the Auburn debacle we made corrections and adjustments and are 1000 times better defensively because of it. Unfortunately, our DB's still suck, but we have to recruit our way out of that. Our D is now playing to our strengths, which is our front 7, and we are trying to hide our secondary as best we can. LSU has potential all-SEC backs sitting on the bench, and they only managed 30 rushing yards today.
and i can see them reaching close to that number....and when they throw, they throw deep.............just wait to they see our secondary on tape</p>
assignments and having discipline..........If we do that, we have a chance but you can't have busted assigments and win against a good option team like Tech......
yes we adjusted and held LSU in rushing....keep in mind that LSU basically runs a Croom offense, you know whats coming....they run straight at you....GT does not
Games against GT are almost impossible to predict. Even if you've been great against the run all year, it might not translate to this type of offense. I thought we'd do well last year b/c we were pretty sound defensively assignment wise and were solid all over, but it didn't matter. They completely dominated, this will be a coaches game
to a knockout blow right now. Another quick score and I'm glad I had to work today and not go watch this crap.
