How good was Penn State supposed to be this year if they hypothetically had at least 19 SEC caliber players? I knew Silas Redd was good and the O-Line was decent but good Lord 19 players? Richt even targeted the third string running back. I guess with Georgia's history of running backs lately, that may not have been a bad idea.
