Germans? Both the SEC-tourney and the NCAAs have some lousy crowds.

Lots of empty seats. In the SEC-Tourney, the Vandy vs Umiss game the crowd looked about equal to a good bowling match.

Are the tix prices way to high? The SEC-T tix were mucho pricey. I imagine the NCAA tix aren't reasonable either. Yeah, if you are traveling, tix pricesmay not be a deal-breaker but it will keep the locals away who just want to see some good hoops.

Lots and lots of empty seats.

For one thingevery game is on TV and let's face it, it's not football. I also think the NCAA has devalued the whole thing by having 68 teams. They should go back to 32 and let it be something big and specialagain. It's like the bowl system. When you only had 16 bowls games they ment something and it was a very big deal if you got invited. In Football who want's to watch MTSU play Troy in New Orleans? The answer is no one just like the NCAA basketball who wants to see a Number one seed play a 16 seed? It's just not any fun or exciting. Kentucky is different. Kentucky fans are just weired. Hell they would pay 1000's to watch KY play Lanier High School.

the Syracuse/UNCAshville, Iona/BYU, WKentucky/MSValleySt. games? 3 of the best games I've seen all year long and you want to eliminate them. VCU would have never made it to the final four. The tournament is perfect just as is.

Sure it was a close game with a great comeback, but it was a terribly played game. WKU shot 33% from the field and had 28 turnovers, and they won. Now the Norfolk State-Missouri game was a great game. Played at a high level and close throughout.
