As for this week, am getting requests already. I do have a limit i can carry so at some point a cutoff is necessary. If ur interested send me a message. This week im setting up a gumbo pot at our tent where u can come by and try a bowl on me or prebuy a half or whole gallon. It will have the works, crawfish, shrimp, andouille, smoked sausage, crab, oyster.
Will also offer bread puddin, chicken jambalaya, red beans, and maybe etouffee.
