Incredibly sad that you enjoy that hypocritical act by a rep of the righteous GOP. The reporter was from the Guardian (solid journalism). Besides a member of Congress should be better than that....obviously you aren't.
It was breaking news on CNN all night. Poor libs wanted the win so bad.....maybe the russians struck again?

A US Congrssional candidate didn't have the patience or maturity to not assault a member of the press, and you think it's a cool thing? Fvcking ridiculous, juvenile, and horrible for this country. If you have the opinion that protest against free speech and violence is unAmerican, then you turn around and praise this guy, you're nothing but simply a hypocrite.
The Guardian is my go to. If two people stand toe to toe and throw blows, it's absolutely fine by me, this bs takes place in schoolyards. He should've outgrown this type of act 30 yrs ago. Simply a lack of patience and demeanor.

What gives "the press" the right to be in people's faces ? Not just politicians, but sports or anything that happens ....the press has zero respect for anyone or anything except money.....thank God for freedom of speech & freedom of the press , & we have the freedom not to speak ....bottom line press is to pushy .....
It is embarrassing but I cant tell you I would not knock a reporter out of my way if they were aggressively putting a mic in my face and blocking me while asking questions I had addressed. I am not a violent person inherently. I have had to throw my weight around before but my goto reaction is nonconfrontational but I want to punch reporters when I see them hound people.

That's not exactly true. Democrats got more votes in the last Presidential election, but you're right....it is pitiful that these types of people are being given offices in the WH and on Capitol Hill.

The apology was a mistake, though not a costly one likely. Never apologize to a liberal/lefty, it's just blood in the water to them.
I have absolutely no problem with public figures being verbally aggressive towards reporters. I love how Huggins, Popovich, and Saban handle the media. Call them out for their bs, say when you're frustrated or angry. But don't throw out blanket accusations of conspiracy and lies (esp when you lie yourself), and do not resort to childish violence against them for doing their jobs (esp when saying that violence is a sign of immaturity).
I'm more than fine with my life philosophy, thank you. Pretty ridiculous that you think you know others life philosophy, and very conceded to think you've got it all figured out for other people too. And just pitiful that you think a man that resorts to assault the night before being elected to Congress has a solid life philosophy.
public speakers have the right not to answer questions & we the people have the right not ti vote them in for not speaking ....yes, the press should ask questions ....no they don't have the right to be so forceful in getting , they should show respect for a person's space not all up in the face ...
