Auburn is making it known that they included a minority in their hiring process to get the BCA and media off their back. No way they hire him. I bet Gill gets more interviews this off season than any other coach in sports.</p>

But they have openly expressed interest in people that MSU fans would rather not hire. Dooley? Gill? Those seem like plan B and C folks right now. I have heard Paul Johnson's name come up on some sites as also a target for Auburn. That would be by far the best of the rest of the ones mentioned. But they don't seem to be pushing for him.. or Leach.. or anyone big. Has Leach said no to AU? Did I miss that? If not, why the hell go after Gill first?
