Last season Lake Norman girls won the 4A State title. They lost some good talented players but will bring back some good quality players as well. Not sure how far they will get in the playoffs but they could make another run for conference championship title. If anyone have any insights on other teams feel free to post.

Score from yesterday as Lake Norman defeated Pine Lake Prep 88-13. Girls rolling again this year. Roster showing 4 players 6’+ on the team

I have seen LN twice this year, they are absolutely loaded. In some ways they could equal to last year but do not have quite the outside bombers the Sheehan’s gave them.
But the 5 starters are clearly correct at this time, in my opinion.

Lake Norman ladies and men are coming to West Forsyth Friday evening. LN Men are not quite there yet, but the LADIES Swimmers are ready, willing and able.

Lake Norman girls is 4-0 and will take on West Forsyth on 12/12. I don’t anything about WF girls other than they lost to a tough N. Wilkes girls who lost in 2A State title last year. N. Wilkes girls are 5-1 and I’m curious to see what kind of season they have. To see far they will make it this year.

12/23 Lake Norman defeated Campbell 52-29 in the Cherokee Invitationals. They however lost to Cherokee yesterday 71-64 in OT.
