What's the "retro-agricultural" BS? Sounds like somebody is being retro psedo-intellectual

I looked through the comments, and someone noticed that in gigantic font we wrote everyday, the adjective, where we meant every day, the adverbial phrase.

Retro-agricultural: like old, plain lettering without lower case you'd see on an old feed store from the 60s, for example. The kind of stencil your grandfather used when he wanted to label a bin in his workshop. Plain, institutional, and no longer used a lot. I thought it was a stylish nod to MSU's past, and a compliment to the designers.

As for pseudo-intellectual--well, that's pseudo-correct.

But I seriously doubt the graphic designers put that much thought into it.

Also, Orson is a notch below weekend weathercaster on the celebrity scale.

Or they designed it in Word '97 with limited choice in fonts. That seems more our style.

That's awful. I can understand casually making these mistakes, but two glaring errors making their way into a paid-for finished product is inexcusable. It was comical after our baseball schedule screwup. Now, it's just embarrassing.

Bill Simmons has a better claim to be the Pope of Internet Sports Nerds.

Meaning no disrespect to His Eminence, of course.
