It's really hard to say because we're kind of clumped in with a lot of two-three loss teams.
After thinking about it- right now I would have to say the Peach Bowl because as of the moment, we legitimately moved ahead of Florida. South Carolina losing may have helped us with the Peach as well. I figure the Outback will take either Florida or South Carolina because we all know that we ain't going there. As far as the Peach, it could be between us and South Carolina for the Peach. I think that will depend on the Florida/South Carolina game as well as how we finish out.
My thinking right if the season ended now is:
BCS- LSU/Auburn (I can't see an undefeated SEC team not in the National Championship Game)
Sugar- LSU/Auburn
I think the SEC will get two in the BCS regardless. We're the only conference with three teams in the top 10, and those three have yet to play each other. They (LSU, Auburn, Bama) will settle that out on the field.
Cotton- Arkansas- Because of Ryan Mallett. If they can get Texas this year, they will have a nice rivalry match-up.
Capitol One- Alabama- bear in mind I'm doing this as if the season ended today. This will be the third wheel of the BCS contenders.
Outback- South Carolina- I think they get the SEC East Champ. I think South Carolina is better than Florida.
Peach- MSU because....
Gator- Florida- I can't see this bowl turning down Florida if they have the opportunity. We could still end up here if the Outback takes Florida and the Peach takes South Carolina. Although, if South Carolina wins the East, the Peach may not want to invite a team that was just in Atlanta less than a month before.
Music City- I think UT finishes with six wins and this bowl will be happy. Their game with Ole Miss may be for this bid. They may go after Georgia if UGA can manage to get six, and UK is a contender as well. If Ole Miss manages six, they'll get a look as well.
Liberty- I think they have to get an at-large this year. They may end up with UK or Ole Miss if they can get six. If the Music City bowl goes insane and doesn't take UT, they could go here.
Birmingham- Georgia. Mark Richt's last stand.
Basically, right now it looks like Georgia, UT, UK, and Ole Miss are going to scramble to get six. Just guessing- I think at least two will get eligibility. UT/UK, UM/UT, the Egg Bowl, and MSU/UK are all huge games as well as UGA/GT and UGA/UK.
