in case Eddie Vedder puts you to sleep with one of his 30 minute diatribes of how great Obama and his communist party are.

and I thought I would never escape alive.. I will NEVER go to a hard rock concert there aGAIN..

dude next to me had a six pack of bud in BOTTLES.. when he finished one, he threw them from the seats down on to the floor on unexpected fans .... God knows how much human damage he did..

2 dudes down on the floor had flame throwers.... they were using them.... spewing 8 foot fire flames everywhere...

I had been to Ozzy, Judas Priest and other heavy metal shows in Jackson.. always a safe show.. had a good time..

I have NEVER been scared until the '86 show at the garden for aerosmith.. I was literally scared..

Dylan at the garden was ok.. no problemo.. also in '86...

Thank God I'm older now and listen to Waylon, Cash and Nelson.... still like the Stones, Elvis, Beatles... Buffett... etc...

stating the obvious, but Pearl Jam can put on a hell of a show. I saw them last fall at ACL and it was awesome. McCready can shred.

Madison-Square Garden...sold out...a 2 1/2 hour show...20k people singing at the top of their lungs for the entirety...Hunger Strike, Breathe, slow Lukin, Yellow Leadbetter, Kick Out the Jams cover etc etc, added up to an epic night, looked at some reviews of the show and roadies who had seen them 50+ times were saying it was a top 5 performance...yes there were some Liberal rants, but it was worth it, also in attendance were Mark Sanchez, Michael Moore, Mary Kate and Ashley Olson, and John McEnroe...find a band you like and see them at the Garden, it's more than worth it, easy to get in and out of, never did it get out of control, a really really good time
