Golden and Ash

From what I am reading it sounds like Golden is Hobbs top choice and Ash has been vetted through the search committee. End of day, can Rutgers afford to pay Golden $2M per year, in wake of having to pay $1.4M for Flood buyout? I can see Univeristy saying no way. If Golden is hired, I would say great job by Rutgers, especially for keeping this under wraps.

I am hoping beyond hope its Ash. Golden will ruin whats left of this program.

I think the $2m range is what they meant by money is not an issue because they were confidant they would find and lockdown a coach in that price range.

They were never going to go as high as $4m for an elite coach. Only here did that idea have legs.
