Only thing i could see them whining about with cell phone cameras would be if they were on loud and making that noise they do when they take pictures. Most big tournaments won't allow you to have your cell phone while on the course watching. But they may only be for Augusta National. Easy fix tell people to turn cellphones on silent. If they don't comply let security escort them off the course.

I was under the impression they cannot. Seems like every phone, even if on silent, make some sort of jingle when you take a picture. I may be way off on this one though.

We saying that it was really out of hand yesterday. People were talking on their cellphones while they are teeing up.
PGA should of expected this when they allowed them two years ago.
