The world is soft now and cancel culture wins. I’ve legit been researching other countries to move to. I’m looking for something like America in the 90’s. If anyone has any suggestions, I’m very open. Prefer someplace that likes freedom.

It will never be ghost town status country here on Rafters but I don't get why the fire Cal thread was removed.I mean honestly,it's pathetic to have it removed over absolutely nothing. Not everybody is drinking the blue Kool aid or wearing the blue shade sun glasses. The program is hurting and the program is hell of a lot more important to me than John Calipari.
That thread was embarrassing. So are the extreme pumper threads. Too divisive. Basically pointless. What good comes from those type of threads?

I'd say both parties have full responsibility in cancel culture. Look at what DaSenseless is doing.

They do. Both are hypocritical.

The left cancels Chick Fil A. They claim it’s a righteous boycott. The right claims cancel culture.

The right cancels Bud Light. The right claims it’s a righteous boycott. The left claims cancel culture.

Both sides have done the same thing, but it’s only cancel culture if the other side cancels something one side likes.

The guys who openly support Calipari at this point are mostly trolls and fans of other programs. There are a few UK fans who make cheering for Cal synonymous with cheering for Kentucky, and I get that argument. There are only about 6 or 7 of them left. The rest - like that sociopath Leadbelly - are basically the same two or three posters and they all hate Kentucky basketball.

See, that’s what I’m talking about. You’re crap. And allowed to post. The last post in the deleted thread I was talking about was a gif from Nail that’s been posted in numerous threads before. Then it’s gone. Yeah you laugh, don’t blame you. You’ve got a mod by the balls. Or, maybe RunninRitchie and Grom were right. It’ll surface eventually.

Honestly I don't really care about what side people are on here. Some like Cal. Some hate Cal. It is what it is.

But this notion that the man with a lifetime contract is going to be "forced out" if he has a bad 2024 I just don't think is based in any reality.

I mean one can debate whether it should be, but there's zero indication of it being true.

As far as why things get deleted I agree with that one poster. Things tend to get personall in here when these threads pop up. It becomes less about Cal and more about attacking the opinions of others just because they don't agree with you.

I've seen this on pro Cal threads as well.

I think the more people just stay on topic, the less likely it's getting deleted.

You’re right. But he is not staying after next season if the results aren’t up to par. No way.

I think theirs good people on both sides of the Cal debate. The trolls are what ruins things 95 percent of the time, IMO.

True. The thread I am venting about had no signs of change. And it went like 20 pages. Someone had enough lol.
