Is Goochland moving back to the Jefferson, or are they staying in the James River as a 3A school?

I just looked at the Recommended Region and District Alignment Plan and it has Goochland staying in the James River District and in the Class 3 Region B. This is not the final verdict because there could be some adjustments that will be requested by different teams when they meet to finalize alignments.
