has a negative word to say about Madkin. Sure the guy benefited greatly from an unreal Defense, but ****... He made more clutch plays than anyone Ive ever seen.
/Somebody dare me to rip my shirt off and meet them behind the Chicken Basket!
//DO IT!!
that looking back on the old videos it really shows that Madkin was scrambling for his life half the time. The guy really did an amazing job considering what we were dealing with on the offensive side of the ball.
of the final drive he led against Arkansas in 1998 as a RS freshman. THAT was clutch and essentially put us in the SEC championship game. Whatever he did after that was gravy for me. People forget that the drive before that Rob Morgan was playing because Madkin got his clock cleaned. To gather himself and come back in and pull of that drive for the FG and the win which included 2 4th down conversions was amazing especially for a team and program that has seen many more choke jobs than clutch performances. Glad to hear he's still 100% Bulldog. Plus he's our own Chris Rock look-a-like.
who is a poster on this board has repeatedly told me that Madkin used to throw games late in his career for money, but I call ********. I just don't believe that. Has anyone ever heard this before?
