Um, no. They had under 200 yards of offense, and scored their only TD after falling on a muffed punt in the end zone. They were 1-15 on third down and had EIGHT first downs. They played like the ****** team they were for the 2nd half of the year, and won like they had won all year - good fortune and timely plays, and a pretty good defense.
Here's a great example of what I'm talking about. If State played like that and won (like the Liberty Bowl), you would spend the next week telling everyone how ****** we really were under the surface and not to be excited about the win. Yet, with Vandy, they "looked great". Only you could come up with this one.
