It's pretty obvious there are concerns about how this team is being handled, it's just that there are differing opinions on who/what is to blame for us not playing full games and losing 5 games in a row. I think really all roads lead to Stansbury because ultimately he brings in the players andhe calls the plays. Even those that argue we aren't as talented as many think we are should blame Stansbury for not bringing in the talent necessary by year 14.

If he could find a way to turn it around and make me feel like he is getting the most out of our talent and our team, I would back him 100%, and I think this is the problem most have on here.He isn't getting100% out of this team andI think most feelwe can find someone else who can.

They want him gone so bad they are willing to have a losing team to do it and you are not going to change my opinion.

Now I will say that I think purposely misspelling words on here on purpose is pretty stupid but that phrase has been around here for awhile now

You saying a bunch of State fans are rooting against State is ridiculous, and for you to say your mind can't be changed is even dumber. That's like the little kid pouting in the corner with his arms folded. None of the people that want Stans gone are rooting for us to lose (except for Lars), so it's stupid to even imply that.

And by the way, your and idiot was done on purpose...and I still think you are. May want to calm down on being so defensive too, Gene won't like that type of post when you return.

That want Stans to lose. Hell there was a thread a couple of weeks ago where someone came out and said it would be better for us to lose in the long run ala Croom 08 Egg Bowl. Now where the line crosses between glad we lost a game in hindsight and hope we lose a future game is up for debate but I guarantee you there are some out there whose hatred for Rick has surpassed their love for State.

Lars isn't the only one... There have been a handful of other posters who've either expressed or eluded to their wanting us to tank the season just to get rid of Stans. It's not a lot, but they are there.

Marshmello stuff & saw people kinda hoping we'd lose. I think there are some who're will to tank the season to get Stans out of here, for fear of a repeat in the near future. I say I'm done after a loss, but honestly I'm a state fan. If they're on TV, I gotta watch. It's kinda like that girl you used to date that was SO sexy. But she kinda messed around on ya & while you're still single you see her at a bar. And she starts flirting wanting to go home with you again. But anyways, I did see something yesterday that caught my eye after they pulled Dee late. Maybe it was nothing, maybe it was idk. As sll the other Sr's who had played had come off the court would give Stans a hug & a word from Stans. Dee walked RIGHT by Stans & went to the players? Also late in the SC game in OT, Stans' drawing up an inbounds play. If you watch Dee's face he looks disgusted & says "that **** ain't gone work!"
I don't know if there's anything to those things. It could be anything I guess. I never played any kind of D1 sport, but it's my understanding from my high school days you don't talk back to your coach in a huddle. And as a D line coach, my high school kids would have hell to pay if they'd have done that. Just my 2 cents.

I did not particularly love my coach in high school because he worked my butt off . Later on after we won a state championship I realized how he made me better. Anybody that cannot see we have folks that have an agenda against Stans is blind. The guy according to this board has no respect from his players. That is ******** and most of his players will tell you that. The guy works his *** off and left right after a big win to go see one of his signees Fred Thomas win a championship. He will never satisfy some of you because your Internet egos will never let you admit you are wrong .
