Good luck, Eagles. You're going to need all you can get.

I was hoping TCU might pull the monumental upset tonight and even the playing field a bit for USM. I sincerely hope the dream season continues, but this is a major task at hand coming up Sunday. I assume Ballinger will get the ball. He needs to be real, real sharp. But after the past two weekends, I won't count them out yet, even against the top team in the country.

to be honest its going to be a tough road for us or texas to get out of our side of the bracket. whoever loses that first matchup has to play the loser of Arizona state and north carolina and the winner vice versa.

Ballinger will start and Brian Dozier will be most likely playing DH, he will be back 100%, spoke with him in person today at the pete when they got off the bus and started signing autographs.

I actually know him as well and I didn't even know he had a chance to come back. Glad to hear that he will get a chance to play on college baseball's biggest stage his last year. Oh and 17 you Polk for not offering him.

They're done. How many times have we seen teams playing over their heads, on pure adrenaline and emotion, reach the end of the road on the big stage? Those MFers are gonna **** the bed. Wide eyed country Fers will be completely stricken with bumf@ckery. 2 and through. And 2 more than the confeds.

Doesn't the rule state that being thrown out of a game also results in not being able to play in the next game?

They'll be just like our Omaha team in '07.
