Digging deep to pick an internet fight aren't we?

I would love to see a statistical breakdown of your almost 25,000 posts that contain some reference to Stansbury.

I think you have a secret crush there 34.

You have been right on a lot but you have to know when to pick your battles. I agree with you the defense is a no show but the attitude does seem to be better than last. I want stans gone as much as anybody but those two guys were nothing but trouble

i really thought we'd be better defensively and we're just horrible. And it's not all effort driven - we did a ton of fundamental things wrong on defense that are almost inexcusable for a college team that isn't playing 4 true freshmen.

Yesterday, the foul on Bost being the biggest, but I really lost it when I think we had cut it to 7 in the 2nd. Steele was guarding loosely off his man at the timeline. Bama sets a pick at the top of the 3pt line but there is literally a 4 foot gap between ballhandler and screener. Steele for some unknown reason goes under the screen and the ballhandler take two dribbles up and hits a wide open 3. He didn't even have to fight over the screen b/c the ballhandler wasn't even really using it. At that point I quit watching.

I'm tired of just about every game lately watching a less talented team beat us b/c they have 2 or 3x the intensity we have and nothing more. And that's where Stans has lost the base. Last time we rebuilt and were playing a ton of freshmen (the gordon, delk, hans year), he got a pass b/c you could see the talent and we played relatively hard. That's not the case anymore

I really thought that by getting rid of them, Stansbury would return to what made him successful- having teams that rebounded and played good defense. And it should have happened. The fact that it hasn't speaks volumes.

Since he's been gone from MSU I've heard Ravern numerous times speak extremely highly of MSU, our fans, his time here.. He had some awesome games and some bad ones. That's how it works. He's also at games all the time cheering on the team just like some of us.

Have at it on Stansbury, he gets paid enough that it's part of the job. And I'm not talking about bitching about bad games for players is human nature and they ARE adults...but some of you that do all this "I can't wait until....xxx (Raven, Augustus, Jamont, Rhodes, Frazier, Austin, Tang Hamilton, Sidney, Campbell, Dee, etc... etc... ) is gone from MSU" I personally hope that all of you end up on a plane together that gets lost in the ocean because I can't wait until you are no longer a MSU fan.

I live in charlotte and Bost is from here and last summer had the opportunity to see him speak at a NON-MSU event and he did nothing but rave about how great the school, campus, people were..

I'm ready for some changes in the staff but just because players get frustrated because they know we are better than we show, doesn't make them bad players.

You want to see former players that are embarrassed from where they went to college.. then look at Ole Miss. Please don't turn us into them.
