...should've taken the points early in the game, instead of going for it on fourth down.

...should've kept running Dixon up the middle. Their interior was totally gassed, and our O-line was driving them 3 yards off the ball. Going horizontal with Dixon gave Kaintuck a chance.

Other than that, it feels good to see a competitive offense. Overall, MState's best game this year.

I really wanted to go for it on 4th and 2, and I think it was the right decision. UT did the same thing against South Carolina and scored a TD which they might end up needing. The INT was disappointing because we would have had them pinned deep. If you get a stop, you will be in field goal range after receiving the punt.

Normally, worst case you have them pinned back against their own goal line. Of course, in hindsight, Lee screwed even that up for us.</p>

also, I initially didn't like the swing pass to Dixon on our last drive, but I think Mullen was guessing that UK was going to bring heat up the middle. UK just played it straight up and got the stop.
