Hard to say. But, in general terms, I personally think it tends to not have an effect to start the game. But it increases the chances of having an effect late in a close game.

Just like we saw what happened to us at IL, after we almost blew away a big lead against IU.

And perhaps the longest Replay Review in the history of Replay Reviews. Utterly ridiculous!! Probably took 10 minutes!! Green and Sczelk were looking for any way to hand Rutgers that game. Was clear after a couple replays shot was off in time and the clock started upon first touch. Rutgers blew it by letting Minny roll the ball up to mid court.
