Boozer uses his off hand to clear out the defender (every time). They play ultra aggressive defense and have four fouls after 15 minutes. They're like the wrestler with the foreign object behind his back while the ref pretends to not notice.

And the announcers just pump them and never mentions how they get away with everything. I hate them with such a deep passion.

Mashburn mentioned something in the TBS Pregame Show about having to beat the “aura” of Duke as well. I don’t know if he was referring to officiating or just being a well known program.

I try to avoid conspiracy theories, but every time I watch Duke play my spidey senses start tingling.
The official waited for the missed FT to call a lane violation on st. John’s.
the foul on Hopkins was worse than bad.
With the biased media and calls like the 2nd foul on Hopkins, I find it hard to watch CBB outside of UK games anymore.

Puke living at the line, as usual. Boozer bulldozes constantly without a call. He gets touched and it's a foul.
The way boozer just drives in and runs over people hardly ever gets a foul. Saint John’s big needs to drive at boozer shoulder. I am sure it would be a foul on SJ.

Cam boozer can drop kick his defender and it’s a play on. This is a physical basketball game and he has zero fouls. It’s a big damn joke.

Yea John Scheyer realizes he can have a top 5 defense every year with what duke is allowed to get away with and their favorable whistle... coach K should have taken advantage of it more and played more aggressive D like this. Smart on scheyer.

It's so bad it's got me to the point that I have to be a diehard UConn fan for possibly the next 2 games. LOL I think if they bring their A game, they have a good chance to beat Duke. Not convinced MSU can. Also rooting for Illinois now and want Arizona and Michigan to keep winning as long as Duke is around. Anyone but Duke!

Arizona is the toughest team still left hands down!
Come on look at almost every game they play the free throws are always double or triple the other team, that’s all you need to see the refs carry them they are a mediocre team without the refs…

Arizona is 10 points better than Duke. The officials however I don’t know. But Arizona would have beat Duke tonight pretty bad.

Foster, Brown, Mini Boozer, Sarr, etc. all play their roles well.

Watching this game, I think the best thing to do is send two guys at Boozer up top. If he just has 1 guy on him, he always just blows by him and makes a tough shot. Have to send 2 guys and force him to get rid of the ball. If someone else makes a shot, so be it.
