Enjoy losing because that's just about all Barnhart is good for.

What a stupid fan base. True tuy consistently makes

Bad hires
Bad contracts
Bad decisions

Yet you can't get enough. Get your head of out of the sand or suffocate. The sooner we get fans like you gone the sooner those of us that demand a winning product will get it.

How ironic......this is exactly how I feel about fans like you.....you can demand all you want but if you are turning over a new coach every three years you will never get the "winning product" you want....

Barnharts had 14 years. let's start looking where the real issues reside.

Oh god if Mitch is the best athletic director we've ever had then who the hell was responsible for Bear Bryant and Rupp? because I'd say Shively is the best athletic director we had just because of all the titles he won and gave us our best football years even if he let Bryant leave without desperately trying to get him to stay.
Really What did Bryant do? Oh yeah he left!

I had no idea if Minter would work. If you think this is a bad hire, tell us why, because nationally it is being lauded.
I see nothing wrong with it other than question why it didn't happen last year. how much $$$ did it cost to give stoops a mulligan?

Gran was discussed by fans last year. So many factors at play in your question, it probably silly to ask here. And, irrelevant now.

I asked this earlier and have yet to see any response...name the AD that you think would be great at UK and why, and let everyone have a chance to laugh hysterically.

not in this thread you didn't. Ian Mccaw or Hunter Yurachek are 2 good ones that come to mind that make a lot less than barnhart. both have not only improved competitiveness of the revenue sports they've managed, they brought in big dollars for facilities.

Would that be the same Ian Mc Caw that left Guy Morris in charge of their FB program for five years even though he NEVER won more than 5 games in a season?

yep, why don't you take a trip down there and check the place out now. it's a paradise built over the same time barney was fixing the rifle team and reorganizing the admins file cabinets.

Honest question, but the wrong one. Just because one group of guys are sinners doesn't make the other guy a saint. UK football sucked pre-Mitch, we get it. The question isn't whether or not he caused this mess, the question is can he fix it. So far the answer is no. And if CMS doesn't work out I'm ready to give someone else a chance in the AD chair. What would we have to lose?
More than you think.

I've seen pictures of it and for a 45k seat stadium (why did such a great AD make it so small?) it looks nice but "paradise?" Exaggerate much? The rifle team has never needed fixing and helps UK comply with Title IX at a very low cost. As for reorganizing the file cabinets, I am sure he has others to do that for him but I can tell you are really trying so keep up the agenda.

Mitch is the "Athletic Director", not the football only director. Give it a rest.

its built to maximize revenue. the student body is small, but the suites are large. looks like you also missed the marina and riverwalk

Nope, I work with a guy who went to Baylor and goes to several of their games who sent me pics as it was happening. It is a cool place I agree, but if you are blaming Mitch for our lack of a marina and river walk, well.....you are right and I will concede your point that Ian is a much better AD.
