things I am hearing
Tobias Singleton is 70/30 in favor of Ole Miss. Everyone keeps throwing MSU in the equation, but it's Oklahoma that is the threat. MSU is on the outside looking in. Will battle OU until the end.
Nick Brassel is 70/30 in favor of Ole Miss. Main threat is Bama. Saban has taken it upon himself to become Nick's main recruiter. We have a lot of positive influences surrounding him, but this one is not over. Saban will battle this to the end even though he is behind.
There is a surprise recruit who they think they land on signing day
Rishaw actually signed his name on the receipt...lol
We think we've got this guy http://mississippi.scout.com/a...amp;nid=4287286
MSU has been paying for some recruits. We are very aware.
Bradley Sylve has not been calling our staff. They are done at WR. They either get who they've identified or the miss out. Only WR they hear from (outside snoop and Tobias) is one in NJ or Northeast from time to time. They are not onto any WRs in LA. We had Blue last year until LSU paid up for him at the last second. Behind the 8 ball in LA. Don't be surprised to see some changes here. Vaughn has gotten involved on a couple.
Vaughn is a freaking stud. Wish we had a few more like him. Strong FL connections that will pay huge dividends.
Things are improving behind the scenes in MS to assist us better in recruiting. We are still completely shut out of some schools. Couldn't get near certain players (i.e. CJ Johnson)
Nutt has grown tired of Mullen's scenanigans publically and privately behind the scenes and it's wearing thin on him. Mullen has really taken some low blows when speaking with recruits that no other coach would pull. Source said he's never run up the score on anyone, but if he has the chance he will not letup on MSU. Unfortunately based upon our current play I don't see this happening, but let's hope that changes
We would actually consider dropping a commit if things get tight. They will remain nameless.
and several other things that aren't for a public message board...there were a couple of other tidbits if I can remember I'll post
* Disclosure - This is purely heresay so do not shoot the messenger, but I believe my source to be damn good

So MSU is paying for recruits and Ole Miss is doing things behind the scenes to get back in the game with recruits that are legal? Give me a break.
